Common questions
Which Army boards does this cover?
Both families: the semi-centralized promotion boards (SGT and SSG) and the competitive boards (Soldier and NCO of the Month, Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, and Best Squad). They draw on the same subject knowledge, so they live in one program and you pick the board you are sitting.
What is the MOI upload for?
Your board is run off a Memorandum of Instruction your command publishes. It names the subjects the panel will actually ask. Upload it and your study plan is weighted to that document; without one, you start on the general plan and add the MOI later.
What are board questions written against?
The governing regulations (AR 600-8-19, AR 600-20, AR 670-1 and DA PAM 670-1, ADP 6-22, ADP 7-0, ATP 6-22.1, AR 623-3, TC 3-21.5, and FM 7-22) plus your command’s published study areas. Every question carries its citation so you can verify it against the reg yourself.
