1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to Earnit Learning at earnitlearning.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Earnit Learning provides study tools (practice questions, progress tracking, and related coaching features) for professional exams, military schools, and skill-badge tests. Content is original work grounded in each program’s official reference material.

3. Education only: no professional advice, no guarantees

Content is for exam preparation and education only, not an official publication, and no guarantee of passing. Doctrine changes; always verify against the current official source.

Some programs include clinical facts and medication doses drawn from official guidelines for test preparation only. Nothing on this site is medical advice or clinical guidance, and none of it is a substitute for clinical judgment. For any real-world care, follow current official protocols and your medical direction.

4. No affiliation

Earnit Learning is an independent study platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any school or certifying body named here. School names, badges, and insignia identify the program only.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or other content; probe or disrupt the Service; or use it in any unlawful way.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (questions, rationales, explanations, design, and code) are the property of Earnit Learning and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Official government publications referenced by the Service remain in the public domain; third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Free access, trials, and purchases

Some programs are offered free (including time-limited free access periods); others may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Pricing and terms for paid access are presented at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store card numbers. For billing questions or refund requests, contact support@earnitlearning.com.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment processing) described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to keep content accurate and grounded in official sources, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or reflects the most current official standard.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnit Learning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing).

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
