Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Earnit Learning (earnitlearning.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a study platform: an email to sign in, your practice activity to track progress, and product analytics to improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in records, if you create an account.
• Study activity: questions answered, scores, and progress, linked to your account when signed in or to an anonymous browser identifier when not.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, feature usage, browser and device type, collected through product analytics; and error reports when something breaks.
• Payment data: if you buy paid access, payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation of your purchase but never your card number.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, save your progress, understand which features help people study so we can improve them, fix errors, respond to support requests, and process purchases. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, to remember anonymous practice progress, and for analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; sign-in and saved progress will not work without them.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the Service: hosting and delivery (Vercel), authentication and database (Supabase), product analytics (PostHog), error monitoring (Sentry), and, for purchases, payment processing (Stripe). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. Email support@earnitlearning.com from your account address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK and certain U.S. states), you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Use the contact above to exercise them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, row-level security on user data). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as the Service evolves (for example, when billing goes live) and reflect changes in the “Last updated” date above.
