Trauma lane
One or two casualties and a running clock. They keep bleeding while you decide, and their pulse, breathing and alertness change with what you do. At the end you are graded on the course’s Tactical Trauma Assessment checklist, the same one used on test-out day. Sign in and every run is saved, so you can see what you keep missing.
What the casualty’s pulse, breathing and alertness do at each level of blood loss comes from the course (Module 10). How fast each wound bleeds, how long each action takes and when he dies are a simulation, not doctrine. This program includes clinical facts and medication doses drawn from official guidelines for test preparation only.
